Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-youl, on his second day of being suspended from work, filed a lawsuit against Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae on Thursday, claiming the minister’s disciplinary action is unjust and groundless.

（南韓）檢察總長尹錫悅週四、即他被停職的第2天，對法務部長秋美愛提起行政訴訟，主張秋對他的懲處不公又無憑無據。

The move came as the Justice Ministry asked its disciplinary committee to convene Dec. 2 to deliberate on allegations leveled by Choo against Yoon.

尹錫悅此舉正值法務部要求內部的紀律委員會，於12月2日開會商議秋美愛對他的公開指控。

After the suit was filed, Yoon’s lawyer rebutted all the allegations raised by Choo. These included carrying out illegal surveillance of judges, interfering in investigations involving his close associates and liberal politicians, and intentionally leaking information to the media.

在提起訴訟後，尹錫悅的律師反駁秋美愛對他的所有指控。包括非法監視法官、干預涉及他親信和自由派政治人物的調查與故意洩漏消息給媒體。
